System: NetBSD daisy.zia.io 9.2_STABLE NetBSD 9.2_STABLE (DAISY) #0: Sun Mar 13 01:23:07 UTC 2022 john@daisy.zia.io:/usr/obj-amd64/sys/arch/amd64/compile/DAISY amd64
Architecture: x86_64
Machine: amd64
>Description:
When running the NetBSD/amd64 HEAD installer from 20-Oct-2022, the screen
was configured to a font size which made the text display unusable. The
message was, "Screen too narrow (75 + 5 > 64) for menu...".
The computer has a Radeon card and the attached screen's resolution is
1024 x 768. The font is too large for this resolution and gives 64 x 24
text. See:
https://www.klos.com/~john/netbsdresolutionissue.jpeg
Using "userconf disable radeon" gives a usable screen because the font
isn't updated.
