>Description:
We have a Netgear FA310TX (21140AF with a Level One 9746 PHY IC) board
in a box running 1.3.2. It's connected to a Cisco switch, and the port
has been manually configured to 100 full. The board correctly
autonegotiates 100 full with the switch, but the driver prints:
de0: enabling 10baseT port
and ifconfig says:
media: 10baseT/UTP status: active
