None of the NetBSD 10 RC2 images or isos works on my Intel i7-3770 Dell Optiplex 7010
The Bios image doesn't show any legacy bootable devices.
The iso and the efi images shows some characters when i try to boot with the word mem , and it doesn't boot at all it stucks before even booting.

Hi,
I just tested it on exactly that type of machine, Dell Optiplex 7010
with i7-3770 (to be precise, this is a Slim Tower variant, somewhat
similar to the SFF variant but with 4 USB ports in the front *next to
each other in a row*), and it worked for me:
wget https://cdn.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-10.0_RC2/images/NetBSD-10.0_RC2-amd64-install.img.gz
gunzip NetBSD-10.0_RC2-amd64-install.img.gz
dd if=NetBSD-10.0_RC2-amd64-install.img of=/dev/sdb bs=8M conv=sync
I successfully booted to the installer with that in both BIOS and EFI
mode. The USB stick was a 32 GB Kingston DataTraveler and I used one
of the two USB SS (USB 3.0) ports in the back. All I did was go to
the boot selector menu (F12 when the Dell logo comes up) and select
USB there.
Make sure you use the .img if you boot from USB. The .iso can only be
used to boot from an actual (physical or emulated) optical drive, but
not from a USB thumb drive.
Can you test another thumb drive to see if it's perhaps that? And
what error messages *exactly* are you seeing?
Harold

I have 16gbytes of ram , i tried with another flash but i got the same
problems.
I will try with a brand new usb flash i got that is also very fast to see.

this reminds me of a problem i have on an asrock board. A520M/ac
with a ryzen 5600G cpu installed. trying to bios boot fails with
the hex addresses like you describe (they're memory ranges, you
can find the code in the x86 efiboot.)
when "CSM" is enabled in the bios, it seems to still load the
efiboot program instead, perhaps expecting it to work in bios
mode. i was unable to boot in BIOS mode while there was a
visible EFI boot program -- removing the efi/boot/bootx64.efi
(in what ever path) made it actually load the BIOS booter.
this ended up avoiding an older uefi vs radeondrm issue that
should be solved now, so i should be able to uefi boot now.
anyway, the hex spew indicates that efiboot i starting up but
it is not getting far enough to boot or ask question.
.mrg.

*I will install a dvd drive from another pc i don't use i should done it
already anyway.*
*But this problem must be solved*
The only modification i made on my pc was to apply a bios patch so i can
install a pci express NVME SSD Drive.
Maybe something has to do with it ? because another user said that it works
on his pc.
Anyway i will try booting from a dvd and see if it works !

That is no big suprise, your issue seems to be some unclear incompatibility
between your UEFI implementation vs. the NetBSD EFI bootloader. It is
mostly impossible to diagnose/fix for someone not having an affected machine.

maybe the reason might be that i have patched the bios so i can add support
nvme via nvme pcie adapter !
On my old amd a8 it was running just fine i had no problems with
performance only the fact that it worked only with ancient gpus like caicos
.
With newer amd/radeon it worked but i had some artifacts on the menus .
