I'm unable to perform any commands on the tablet pc since it doesn't boots, not able to reach a shell

I have a Venturer Tablet PC 10" Intel Celeron N4000 4GB RAM 64GB EMMC Storage Bluetooth and WiFi, and when I try to boot it a lot of reading errors, a panic message until it finally freezes with an interrupt message and some codes, I'm unable to paste the error message here, I have a linux installation in this tablet, so I can give you the following information:

boot the amd installer on a tablet like this either the 10.0 version or the current version, bot have the same issue
