The manual page for vi(1) lists the -F option but when you try to use it vi prints "vi: -F option no longer supported."
>How-To-Repeat:
vi -F some_file.txt

Read the text printed on the terminal. You might have to quit vi first.
>Fix:
Either add back the functionality or remove the text in the manual that claims support for -F.

I've sent a patch to upstream (https://repo.or.cz/nvi.git/shortlog) but
it was a direct email to the maintainers, so I can't reference it here.

 Module Name:	src
 Committed By:	maya
 Date: Mon Apr 29 00:50:43 UTC 2024

 Modified Files:
 	src/external/bsd/nvi/dist/docs/vi.man: vi.1

 Log Message:
Remove documentation for long removed -F option

Suggested by Robert Whitlock in PR bin/58177

I've sent this patch to the nvi maintainers but the response suggested
patching this downstream, as there would be no further releases of nvi.
