>How-To-Repeat:
Upgrade installed this machine from NetBSD 5.
After install, I realized I had set the file flags on the `netbsd*` files to not allow overwrite, so I had to manually install the GENERIC32_IP2x kernel as `nnetbsd*` since I was unable to run `chflags` in the `sysinst` shell (which seems like another problem).
>Fix:
Fix unknown, need help as my server is now bricked.
Probably unrelated, but I had previously reported a problem booting the 5.1.2 installer with this machine back in 2012: https://gnats.netbsd.org/cgi-bin/query-pr-single.pl?number=46417
