rc.d/mixerctl can:

- save/restore any mixer config
- set mixer[0]

but it can't set mixer1 to fixed values:

- there's no mixerctl_flags to add -d /dev/mixer1
- mixerctl_mixers only works for save/restore

my hunch is that mixerctl_mixers should check for either /dev/mixerctlN.conf and/or /var/db/mixerN.conf?
