>Description:
I am running NetBSD 9.4 amd64 in a GitHub CI action using https://github.com/cross-platform-actions/action . Since ~2 days, it fails installing the binary package subversion. Other packages install without problem. On NetBSD 10.0, installing subversion works.

'pkgin -y install subversion' returns 'subversion is not available in the repository'.

>How-To-Repeat:
pkgin -y update
pkgin -y full-upgrade
pkgin -y install subversion
