   PYTHON_FOR_BUILD_ONLY=yes
and
   DEPENDS+=${PYPKGPREFIX}-glad2-[0-9]*:../../graphics/py-glad2

These can't be true at the same time. Should that be BUILD_DEPENDS?
(Or I guess more likely TOOL_DEPENDS?)
