This diff should upgrade net/terraform to version 1.8.5 which matches the current versions shipped by FreeBSD and OpenBSD ports systems.  I've verified it compiles and basic functionality passes in my environment.

The diff is pretty large due to all the go dependencies but is available here:

(I have done several work in pkgsrc-wip and IMHO it is probably
worth to have several version of Terraform and OpenTofu in
pkgsrc so folks can possibly do updates.
This needs to be discussed on tech-pkg@ too though.

I will hopefully try to do further tests and come up with
something before pkgsrc-2024Q4.)
