Autoselect for the BM ethernet driver doesn't work (on my Blue-and White G3 at least.)

BM must be set to 100baseTX to function correctly.

>How-To-Repeat:
Standard install configures BM0 to autoselect by default. In installer and regular OS.
>Fix:
issue command:
ifconfig bm0 media 100baseTX

Perhaps modify default settings for this driver to use 100baseTX rather than autoselect.

Or adjust whatever is wacky with autoselect so that it works properly.
