The fs/tmpfs/t_vnd:basic test case is failing on the sparc and sparc64 testbeds
since the commit of src/tests/fs/tmpfs/t_vnd.sh 1.13 on 2024.04.04.16.57.45.
It passes on other ports.

 This test assumes there is a "a" partion in the default disklabel of a
 media that has been initialized to all zeroes.

 This is IMHO not a valid assumption.

 If you want to use the vnd, explicitly add a label or just use the raw
 partition for the newfs.
