	R packages incorrectly build source code during the install phase.
	This is wrong for a number of reasons (install may have elevated
	privileges leading to security risks, does not make use of parallel
	jobs, etc) and should be fixed.
>How-To-Repeat:
	Build */R-* and observe.
>Fix:
	Modify math/R/Makefile.extension and correctly fill out the do-build
	target which is currently empty.  May require support adding to the
	"R CMD ..." command from math/R.
