User reported:
commenting out PCMCIA goo from the GENERIC config sees the kernel link
fail. I think i82365.c is being included when it shouldn't.
 _pcmcia_card_attach
 _pcmcia_card_detach
 _pcmcia_card_deactivate
 _pcmcia_card_gettype


>How-To-Repeat:
	comment out all lines in GENERIC containing the string
	"pcmcia"; this leaves in the pcic.

	unknown at this time.  probably involves making the appropriate
	calls through function pointers in the pcmcia* softc filled in
	when the pcmcia slot is attached..

 This still fails in 4.0 (etc).
 Except that there are now references from cardslot.o, i82365.o and tcic2.o
