With x11/pixman from pkgsrc-2011Q3, text from some application menus is corrupt or erased.

Sometimes some part of the text is visible, always starting at the left.

Use the following configuration:

Modular X11
Windomanager: wm/windowmaker
x11/pixman from pkgsrc-2011Q3

Windowmaker menu entries are not displayed correctly; some applications have the same issue.

Remove pixman-0.22.2 from pkgsrc-2011Q3
install pixman-0.20.2 from pkgsrc-2011Q2

 I have a bit more information from the pixman developers.

 According to this mail
 http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/pixman/2011-October/001599.html
 the new version of pixman has removed a workaround for a bug present
 in the 1.6 branch of modular-xorg-server.

 I'm afraid the versions of modular-xorg-server and pixman packaged in
 2011Q3 are incompatible.

 Windowmaker now has it's menu text back after rebuilding pixman, thanks.
