When I install curl via pkg_add, the resulting package is broken, complaining about a missing library file.

I've made & uploaded packages here. https://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/amd64/7.1.1/ let me know if there is anything wrong with them, but they are built with 7.1.1 so this bug cannot be a problem with them.
