CMake Generate step failed. Build files cannot be regenerated correctly.

It really should not check /usr/include - /usr/include no longer exists on macOS for quite a while already, and recreating is not even possible since the introduction of System Integrity Protection.

Recent macos bulk builds do not show poppler-glib failing so I am assuming
this is fixed
