	Boot an eabi kernel with binaries that look like:

/usr/sbin/ntpd: ELF 32-bit LSB executable, ARM, version 1, dynamically linked (uses shared libs), for NetBSD 6.99.17, not stripped


Fix at least the ntpd syscall that fails so that it does not crash the system.
