 I suspect this is not intended to be installed.
 it looks like it is trying avoid a PLIST conflict with editors/vile.

 It installs vileget as xvileget.
 	${INSTALL_SCRIPT} ${WRKSRC}/perl/vileget 			\
 		${DESTDIR}${PREFIX}/bin/xvileget

 Perhaps deleting it is the right approach.
