pkglint's build will install any extraneous files that end up in
pkgtools/pkglint/files/ into ${DESTDIR}, and these then cause the
PLIST checks to fail. E.g.:

  ERROR: The following files are in /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkglint/work/.destdir/usr/pkg but not in the PLIST:
  ERROR:         /usr/pkgsrc/pkgtools/pkglint/work/.destdir/usr/pkg/gopkg/src/netbsd.org/pkglint/.#vardefs.go.1.57

Have a half-finished candidate patch for something and forget to
remove the cvs merge remnants before building.
