The wg_rekey test case of the net/if_wg/t_misc:wg_rekey test
is failing for me on real amd64 hardware.  For example:

 I ran a bisection, and it identified this commit as the point
 where the problem started:

   2020. riastradh src/sys/net/if_wg.c 1.54


 The test fails in most runs (but not quite all of them) on real
 hardware, but does not fail on the qemu based testbeds.  Perhaps
 it's a question of multiprocessor vs. uniprocessor.
