The build for ia64 "iso-image" tries to copy a build host /netbsd to the
cdrom image staging area:

all -c -m 0644 /netbsd cdrom/netbsd


This obviously is no good idea, and also breaks the iso-image target on
all build hosts that do not have /netbsd around :-)

 This is probably due to CDINSTKERNEL not being set in
 ia64/cdroms/installcd/Makefile.

 A simple fix would be something like sparc64 uses:

 CDKERNELS=      ${RELEASEDIR}/${RELEASEMACHINEDIR}/binary/kernel/netbsd-GENERIC.gz      netbsd

 but I don't know if ia64 bootloader (do we have one?) could load gzip'd kernels.
