 sysinst(8): Incomplete installation of sets is not actually fatal.

 Don't scare the user!

 The installation continues just fine if, for example, "full installation"
 was selected and the "manhtml" set is missing from the disc. Indeed, this
 is the norm on CD-ROM images with a size limit on architectures like i386.

 Since the INSTALL kernel doesn't have the DRMKMS drivers built-in, the
 firmware blobs for them (in /libdata/firmware) can be omitted. Saves 40MB
 on amd64; and ~6MB on i386.
