>Description:
	When installing pkgsrc from the install DVD, the extracted directory
	has invalid user-id, group-id, and permissions.
	The user id is set to 600 (srcmastr), the group id is set to
	125 (netbsd), and the permissions are set to 0775 instead of 0755.

	That last part causes checkperms to report a warning with
	"group-writable directory" when building a pkgsrc pacakge. 
>How-To-Repeat:
	Install NetBSD on a machine, and use the "Fetch and unpack pkgsrc for
	building from source" option in the "System configuration" menu of the
	installer (https://www.netbsd.org/docs/guide/en/chap-exinst.html#exinst-system-configuration).
>Fix:
	The installer should correct the permissions immediately after the file
	extraction, before returning to the installation menu.
