 What fixed those tests in HEAD was libcurses/refresh.c 1.134
 but I don't know if that one got included in the pullups or not.

 The pullup did not cover the changes in the tests, so this probably is
 a false positive.

 Example of a missing change: rev 1.4 of
 tests/lib/libcurses/check_files/wcolor_set.chk
