>Description:
After option PCI_RESOURCE was enabled by default, the new kernel didn't detect
my hard disk driver controller.

dmesg diff before/after:

+MPACPI PCI bus number 11 configuration failed: 6
...
-ahcisata0: AHCI revision 1.31, 6 ports, 32 slots, CAP 0xef36ff25<SXS,PSC,SSC,PMD,SPM,SAM,ISS=0x3=Gen3,SCLO,SAL,SALP,SSS,SSNTF,SNCQ,S64A>
-ahcisata0: interrupting at msi4 vec 0
-atabus0 at ahcisata0 channel 0
-atabus1 at ahcisata0 channel 1
-atabus2 at ahcisata0 channel 2
-atabus3 at ahcisata0 channel 3
+autoconfiguration error: ahcisata0: reset failed

>How-To-Repeat:
Boot a PCI_RESOURCE kernel on my hardware.

Some debugging that was requested in a current-users thread:
ACPI dump (without PCI_RESOURCE):
https://netbsd.org/~wiz/no_pci_resource.asl.gz

dmesgs:
https://netbsd.org/~wiz/dmesg.vx.NO_PCI_RESOURCE
https://netbsd.org/~wiz/dmesg.vx.PCI_RESOURCE

`pcictl pci0 dump -b <bus> -f <func> -d <dev>`:
https://netbsd.org/~wiz/pcictl.NO_PCI_RESOURCE
https://netbsd.org/~wiz/pcictl.PCI_RESOURCE

>Fix:
Revert the option change, or fix this.

 =20
building a kernel with "options no PCI_RESOURCE" allows hdaudio to attach a=
 s expected.

 https://sync.absd.org/netbsd/kern-60463/
 generic.dmesg
 generic.pcictl-dump
 no-pci-resource.dmesg
 no-pci-resource.pcictl-dump

Also saw an ACPI related panic when shutting down a GENERIC kernel between =
tests (may or may not be related). recursive panic, so no crashdump but scr=
een shot "acpi-panic.webp" in same directory as above
