On an upgrade from NetBSD-10.1 (and possibly NetBSD-11.0_BETA), blocklistd generates the following error (repeatedly):

blocklistd[1084]: Key size mismatch 296 != 288

This can be stopped by stopping blocklistd, removing /var/db/blocklistd.db, and restarting blocklistd.

Note that although I compiled the system myself (see uname above), there is nothing different that relates to blocklistd; thus, this should also be the case for upgrading stock systems.

(i) Install an older version of NetBSD with blocklistd running, and (ii) upgrade (i.e., not reinstall) to 11.0 and start blocklistd again.

If there are schema changes, we should really have a path to update
from one schema to another, and postinstall should be able to do this
or at least warn about it automatically.
