>Description:

On the netbsd-10 branch (on all architectures) the
crypto/libcrypto/t_libcrypto:threads test case fails like this:

Fail: incorrect exit status: 1, expected: 0
stdout:

ok 1 - test_multi_default
ok 2 - test_lock
ok 3 - test_once
ok 4 - test_thread_local

    ok 3 - iteration 3
    ok 4 - iteration 4

ok 7 - test_multi
ok 8 - test_lib_ctx_load_config
# OPENSSL_TEST_RAND_ORDER=1788809596

See for example:

https://netbsd.org/~martin/sparc64-atf-netbsd10/30_atf.html#crypto_libcrypto_t_libcrypto_threads
https://netbsd.org/~martin/evbarm-atf-netbsd10/29_atf.html#crypto_libcrypto_t_libcrypto_threads
https://netbsd.org/~martin/aarch64-atf-netbsd10/28_atf.html#crypto_libcrypto_t_libcrypto_threads

This is a regression against earlier tests on that branch.

No libcrypto tests fail on newer branches.

I don't know if this is a critical failure or missing tests adjustments
after other changes, but I would like to find out before releasing 10.2
(so this is a bit urgent).

The `store' dir. and its content (1 file) is missing:

 https://github.com/openssl/openssl/tree/openssl-3.0/test/recipes/90-test_threads_data/store

Put it back and all test pass. (Ref: /usr/tests/crypto/libcrypto/store/ on -HEAD.)
