>Description:
According to the manpage for pkg_add:

     -f Force installation to proceed even if prerequisite packages are
             not installed or the install script fails. Although pkg_add will
             still try to find and auto-install missing prerequisite packages,
             a failure to find one will not be fatal. This flag also over-
             rides the fatal error when the operating system or architecture
             the package was built on differ from that of the host.

However, when I run pkg_add -f /boot/u-boot-beagleboneblack-2022.04nb1.tgz, I get:

pkg_add: u-boot-beagleboneblack-2022.04nb1: warning: was built for a different platform:
pkg_add: Darwin/aarch64 24.6.0 (pkg) vs. NetBSD/earmv5 11.99.8 (this host)
pkg_add: no pkg found for 'openssl>=3', sorry.
pkg_add: Can't install dependency openssl>=3, continuing
pkg_add: Missing dependency openssl>=3 ignored
pkg_add: u-boot-beagleboneblack-2022.04nb1: expected dependency openssl>=3 still missing
pkg_add: 1 package addition failed

I'd expect this to work. However, as seen above, pkg_add -f still complains about missing dependencies.
>How-To-Repeat:
On a system without openssl installed:

1. get a copy of the sysutils/u-boot-beagleboneblack package
2. pkg_add -f u-boot-beagleboneblack-2022.04nb1.tgz
