	The Requires.private is incorrect and it should be "zlib" instead of
	"-lz" (we need to specify packages there).

	Code inspection in generated /usr/X11R7/lib/pkgconfig/fontenc.pc.
	Also checks src/external/mit/xorg/lib/libfontenc/Makefile:

	   ...
	    22  PKGCONFIG_SED_FLAGS= \
	    23          -e "s,@Z_REQUIRES@,-lz,"
	   ...

	And also:

	 $ pkg-config --libs fontenc
	 Package -lz was not found in the pkg-config search path.
	 Perhaps you should add the directory containing `-lz.pc'
	 to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable
	 Package '-lz', required by 'fontenc', not found

>Fix:
	In src/external/mit/xorg/lib/libfontenc/Makefile we need to change the
	@Z_REQUIRES@ to zlib (instead of -lz).

 JFTR, this was reported in private by Chavdar Ivanov and then further
 analyzed by myself.
