>Description:
editors/emacs21 got removed from pkgsrc-2026Q3.
I assume the main reason was xaw toolkit support not compiling, anymore. emacs21 still compiles and works when building against motif, though.
Would it be possible to bring back emacs21 with just motif support for as long as that works?
>How-To-Repeat:
I copied the pkgsrc-2026Q2 editors/emacs21 directory into pkgsrc-2026Q3 and built it with
PKG_OPTIONS.emacs+= motif
It builds and runs like a charm.
