	The opendkim(8) daemon (or `filter', as it calls itself in the
	man page, referring to its nature as a milter, or mail filter)
	responds to SIGUSR1 by reloading its configuration file (and,
	as verified by ktrace, key table and signing table):

>       file, it will be re-read and the new values used.  Note that any
>       command line overrides provided at startup time will be lost when this
