Folks,

Updated versions of the list of public NTP servers is in clock.txt plus
very minor fixups of the NTP Version 3 distribution in xntp3.3b.tar.Z,
in the pub/ntp/doc and /pub/ntp directories, respectively, on louie.udel.edu.
